Draesari means "the tainted"
They were exiled from their homelands due to a xenophobic dictator declaring the any dragon of mixed race to be "impure" and not a true dragon. They were exiled through time and space to a void, and some managed to escape to another world. Those that lived searched for a way to make their way in this strange new world.
